96mas Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 96mas ("Platform"), which operates under international licensing. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service provided by 96mas, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated in this document.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the 96mas website and all services associated with it.
• "User" refers to any individual who registers an account or accesses the 96mas platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile registered by a User on the 96mas platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to funds credited to a User's account through any promotion or special offer set by 96mas.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount of wagers a User must complete before bonus funds can be converted to cash.
• "Withdrawal" refers to the process of transferring funds from a 96mas account to the payment method registered by the User.

2. User Eligibility

Use of the 96mas platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• A person who is legally entitled to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not on any list of individuals prohibited or restricted from using gambling platforms in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Not currently enrolled in a self-exclusion programme at any other gambling platform.

3. Account Registration

Each User is only permitted to hold one active account on the 96mas platform at any time. Duplicate accounts may result in all related accounts being suspended and balances frozen pending investigation.

During the registration process, Users are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes the full name as per their identity card (MyKad), an active mobile phone number, and a valid email address. 96mas reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify a User's identity at any time.

Users are fully responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials, including their username and password. Any activity that occurs within a User's account will be deemed to have been carried out by that User unless there is evidence to the contrary.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

96mas supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Users in Malaysia. Deposits and withdrawals can be made via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum deposit amount accepted is RM10 for all payment methods. For withdrawals, the minimum amount that can be requested is RM100. Withdrawals are typically completed within less than one hour from the date the request is submitted.

• All deposits will be credited to the User's account once payment confirmation is received.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise specified.
• 96mas reserves the right to hold withdrawals for the purpose of identity verification or security checks.
• Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment account details they register are accurate and belong to themselves.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

96mas offers a range of promotions to registered Users. The 96mas welcome bonus gives 120% of the first deposit amount up to a maximum of RM888. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM120, bringing your account balance to RM220, with a wagering requirement of RM120 × 20 = RM2,400.

All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus value before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement must be completed within the time period set for each promotion.

96mas reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of promotions, including betting on both sides to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, may result in the relevant bonus and winnings being voided.

6. Game Rules

The 96mas platform offers a range of game categories including slots, live casino, sports betting and horse racing. Each game category has its own rules displayed within the respective game interface.

The results of all games are final. 96mas uses a certified random number generation (RNG) system to ensure fairness in every game round. Any dispute relating to game results must be submitted to the customer support team within 24 hours of the relevant incident.

• Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing bets.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and must be followed.
• Game results affected by technical disruptions will be resolved in accordance with the relevant platform policy.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the 96mas platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to manipulate games or the betting process.
• Holding or managing more than one active account at the same time.
• Sharing an account with another person or allowing others to use your personal account.
• Using funds obtained illegally to make deposits to the 96mas platform.
• Systematically betting on both sides solely to fulfil bonus wagering requirements without genuine risk.
• Abusing promotions or exploiting loopholes in promotion terms to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false or misleading information during the registration or identity verification process.

8. Liability Limit

96mas will not be liable for any loss, direct or indirect damage suffered by Users as a result of using the platform, including but not limited to service disruptions, technical failures, or betting outcomes.

The 96mas platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any guarantee of continuous availability or absence of technical errors. 96mas will endeavour to ensure the platform operates properly but does not provide an absolute guarantee in this regard.

In any event, the total liability of 96mas to any User shall not exceed the amount of active deposits held in the relevant account at the time of the incident giving rise to the liability claim.

9. Account Termination

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting 96mas customer service via live chat or email. Any valid cash balance will be processed for withdrawal according to standard procedures once the relevant wagering requirements have been met.

96mas reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account without prior notice if there is a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or for platform security reasons. The decision of 96mas in such matters is final.
